Product Description
“The Quiet Poetry of Blue”

Piaget Reference 9357 from 1980

What you first notice about this watch is its silence.
It doesn't shout for attention or dazzle with ostenation. Instead, it carries its beauty with the calm confidence of a finely crafted object—quiet, composed, and deeply considered. At just 23mm, it is modest in size, but within this small canvas lies an astonishingly rich world.

The dial is carved from natural lapis lazuli.
Its deep, celestial blue evokes a midnight sky, scattered with delicate mineral veins that shimmer with mystery. This is not simply “blue.” It's a hue that contains stillness and strength, coolness and warmth, intellect and emotion—all balanced with poetic harmony. Each dial is one of a kind—never to be replicated—making it as personal as it is precious.

Surrounding that stone is a bezel adorned with Clous de Paris, a traditional French decorative motif. Countless tiny pyramids catch and reflect light in rhythmic waves, creating a tactile brilliance without unnecessary flash. It gives the gold surface both depth and softness, like ripples on a quiet pond under golden light.

The strap is a rich bordeaux suede by Molequin, the renowned French atelier. Its color, nestled between red and brown, speaks softly but firmly, enhancing the gold's warmth and the lapis's depth. Together, they form a visual triad—elegant, refined, and resonant.

This is not just a watch.
It's a timekeeper, a crafted sculpture, and an intimate expression of quiet luxury.
In a noisy world, the Ref. 9357 reminds us that true elegance whispers.
