Q About inventory

A: All of our products are one-of-a-kind and are sold both in-store and through various media, so they may occasionally sell out. Please understand that even if you place an order, the item may be out of stock.

Q I would like to order an item that is out of stock.

A: We will order items that are out of stock. Please contact us first by email or DM (Instagram). Also, please note that the sales price may change from the last time we sold it due to exchange rates and market prices, so we will only order it if you are satisfied with the price. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been ordered.

■ If you find the product you are looking for, we will email you the price. If you are satisfied, we will order it for you.
■ If you cannot find the product you are looking for...we will contact you as soon as it arrives.
Please note that we may be unable to order certain models if they are difficult to obtain.

Q About the warranty

All our products are guaranteed to be authentic, so please buy with confidence.

There is a one-year warranty period from the date of purchase. The warranty only covers natural mechanical failures that occur under normal use. The warranty does not cover failures or damage to the exterior (case, bracelet, band, crystal, crown, etc.). Please note that the warranty does not cover failures or damage caused by water intrusion, dropping, or other improper use, carelessness, or negligence on the part of the customer.
Furthermore, we do not provide repairs or overhauls for products with a daily deviation of approximately -30 to +60 seconds.

Repairs under warranty will be carried out by a company designated by our store. Repairs by the manufacturer requested by the customer will be charged.
Furthermore, if, after inspecting the product, we determine that repairs or adjustments are not necessary, and the repairs or adjustments are performed at the customer's request, a fee will be charged even if the product is within the warranty period.
If there is an initial defect, please contact us within 3 days of arrival.
(We may not be able to respond after this time.) However, the following cases will not be covered by the warranty.

Other cases not covered by the warranty: Failures or damage caused by improper use or carelessness.
-Failure or damage caused by accidents or natural disasters such as fires or earthquakes.
-Failures or damage caused by repairs or modifications at other stores.
- If our store determines that repairs are not necessary after checking the product.

If overseas repair or part replacement is required, the repair period may take several months or more.
In addition, we offer paid repair and maintenance services for products purchased from us that are no longer under warranty, so please feel free to contact us.

Q: Regarding maintenance and overhaul

After purchase, if you wish, maintenance and overhaul can be performed at our affiliated workshop.
There will be a charge.

A Visa, JCB, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

Q About security codes

A security code is a number that is printed on the front or back of your credit card, and is different from the card number.
For VISA, MasterCard, and JCB, it is a three-digit number printed on the back of the card.
For American Express, it is a four-digit number printed on the front of the card.

Q About delivery notes/receipts

If you would like a handwritten receipt, please let us know.
*The note will state "watch fee."
*If you pay by cash on delivery, the receipt issued by the delivery company will serve as your receipt.

Q: How can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

A: Once your order is completed, we cannot change the delivery address. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: About canceling an order

A Once your order is completed, we cannot cancel or exchange the product (size or color).

Q If you don't receive an order email

A An order completion email will be sent to your registered email address after your order procedure is completed.
It may be that the email has been received in your spam or promotions folder, or that it has not been received properly, so please check your registered email address and email reception settings.
If you have set up a block on your emails, please change your settings to allow emails from "@fenggy.jp" to be received.

Shipping/Returns

Q About shipping and delivery charges

A: We will cover the shipping costs.
We will ship within 3 days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that shipping may be delayed during events such as POP UP events.

*Delivery companies: Seino Transportation, Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport. For international deliveries, DHL and UPS.

Q Regarding specifying delivery date and time

A Due to system limitations, we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

Q About returns

A Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to customer convenience.
Although we inspect and manage all products in advance, we will accept returns in the unlikely event that there is an initial defect, or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival due to issues during delivery.
In that case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We cannot accept returns after this date.
Since this is a used product, it may not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty even if it is still within the warranty period. In such cases, we cannot accept returns.
